Publisher's hardback binding in its dustwarapper. Two neat stamps noted for a college library and a label neatly removed from the front endpaper. The spine of the cream dustwrapper is darkened, with a shelfmark at the foot. Internally clean and tight and may never have been opened! Facsimile of the 1703 edition with additional material. .
