New York: Charles Scribner's Sons, 1944. 8vo, pp. 228. Original pale blue boards, lettered in red to front panel and spine. Leading edge uncut. Illustrated dust jacket. Bookplate to front pastedown, heavy offsetting to endpapers and browning to text block edges. A very good copy in a heavily browned and faded dust jacket, with a little loss to corners and head of spine. First edition. The second of three novels written (or co-written) by 'Babs Lee', better known as Marion Van de Veer Lee, Beauty Editor of Vogue. HUBIN, p. 250.
