The 13th annual edition "Containing the names of the Inhabitants, Their Occupations, Places of Business, and Dwelling Houses, also a List of the Streets, Lanes Alleys and City Offices, public Institutions, Banks, etc." Bound in black cloth with original rare paper covers pasted on the front and back boards, protected by a mylar, clear dustjacket. Bright gilt title on the rebacked spine. Inside, very clean and tight, antique paper is aged, but no foxing and no prior owner names. Advertisements at the rear..
