Cloth cover is detached at the front, cover has staining & rubbing around the edges with a 3" tear at the bottom of the spine. Frontis with May Irwin's picture is detached and laid-in. Pages are intact and generally clean and bright, with only a few with smudges and newspaper clipping "shadows". Still a very readable copy of this classic cookbook. .
