The spine & top edges of the wraps are slightly darkened & the top corner of the front wrap is creased. There are a few tiny chips to the edges of the wraps. Half-title, title & 28 pages. There is a small area of light soiling to the half-title with a crease caused in the printing. Very good. Maud Durbin Skinner [1871-1936] was an American actor. The authors of this tribute are her husband actor Otis Skinner and her daughter actor and author Cornelia Otis Skinner. A protégé of Helena Modjeska, Durbin was touring in the Booth-Modjeska Dramatic Company when she met Otis Skinner, who went on to form his own dramatic company, which included Durbin, and they married in 1895. Durbin was also a writer and was the author of "Pietro" as well as the published short stories "The Ne'er to Return Road" and "Tom's Little Star".
