Part of the Federal Writiers Project and the Works Progress Administratiion during the Great Depression. Importantly, the fold out map is still with the volume in the rear pocket. Th B&W photos throughout, tight and clean. The front endpapers are the state's map with a key to Main Tours, Bridle Trails, Side Tours and Appalachian Foot Trails. Blue cloth binding with gilt lettering on the cover and spine, a bit faded. Size: 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
