Dust jacket has edgewear with small tears at spine ends and flap corners, toning to spine, peripheral toning. Price unclipped: "25/. net". Boards in brown cloth with gold print, mitred edges. Light wear to spine caps. Text block has has gilt top edge, light age-toning to paper. Illustrated: b&w frontispiece portrait, plates.
