London: Philip Lee Warner Publisher, 1913. Limited Edition. Both volumes of this two volume set are in good condition in 1/4 tan cloth and tan paper covered boards with gilt text stampings on the spines and front boards with the top edges of the text block gilt and untrimmed pages to the fore and lower edges. Both are small quartos measuring 9" by 6 1/4". Both volumes have short horizontal tears to the cloth across the spines and volume I has a 1/2" by 1/8" open tear to the cloth near the front gutter. Both have a prior owner's name and date on the first free end page. Without their issued dust jackets. One of only 1,000 limited edition copies printed (only 250 of which were reserved for sale in the U.S.) with this set identified as number 362 on the limitation page. Volume one contains 146 pages and volume two contains 134 pages of text.
