Lloyd Dennis recounts his growing up during the Depression/pre-war days. 270 pp. Book has gilt text on spine. Spine ends slightly rubbed, thin band of sunning on top and bottom edges. Price clipped DJ has some top edge wear around head of spine. Dedication plate glued on ffep is signed by Lyle MacLennan Director of Education of Leeds and Grenville. Author was a previous director there and continued to stay in touch with many colleagues there. INSCRIPTION: With best wishes Lloyd Dennis 1989. SIGNED by author. Bookseller's Inventory # 154451.
