Complete three-volume set consists of a collection of documents, letters, and papers that were assembled by the first Earl of Egmont, George Grenville (1712-1770). The collection covers a wide range of subjects, including 18th century politics, economics, and social history. Three-volume set in custom binding. Quarto (25.5 cm tall). Rebound in red cloth with paper labels on spines. Previous owner's bookplate inside books. Minor soiling to edges of book block. Some underlining in pencil erased from first volume.
