The notebook begins with a brief history and description of the Theater (lighting, acoustic properties, seating, refreshments). The remainder of the text is a list of actors (the names in red ink) with histories of their stage careers of varying length. Accompanying the manuscript are seven original cabinet card photographs of actors Vincent Serrano, Lulu Glaser, Fanny Davenport, E. S. Willard, Emma Eames, Arthur Forrest, and Richard Mansfield, some signed, and some inscribed to "Mrs. Robson."
