Manuscript Indenture October 8, 1764. granting of land for thirty pounds to Thomas Mudd of Moulton in the county of Norfolk from Thomas Anguish of St. Georges Bloomsbury in the County of Middlesex. Signed by Thomas Mudd with his red seal. Signed, sealed and delivered by John Stratford and John Howard. Paper seal with Royal Coat of Arms and the price of 1 Shilling. Parchment 23" x 12 1/2"; black and brown ink; triple red rules; top scalloped. Paper monogram seal of King George on reverse. Two horizontal folds; 2 vertical folds; faint toning upper corner, some soiling on back otherwise clean, crisp, no tears or chipping. Beautiful presentation. Photo on request.
