[3] pages advertisements on the front end sheets, 1-36 pages advertisements, title page, 37-58 pages advertisements, 59-86 pages index to advertisements, pages 87-88 ads, lxxxi, 907 pages, 151 pages advertisements including the rear end papers. Green cloth hardcover with gilt stamped title on front cover and spine. Gilt stamped advertisement rear cover. Rear hinge is cracked and the last couple of pages are pulling away from the binding. Cloth is chipped base of spine. Corners are bumped. Light edge wear to cloth extremities elsewhere. Many of the advertisements are illustrated.
