12mo, period sheep, leather spine label, 245 pp. Rubbing and extremity wear, joints cracked, top cover and endpaper detached, foxing and minor marginal staining within; otherwise about very good. Somewhat scarce early edition of Jefferson's parliamentary manual. The OCLC locates only one copy of the Ohio edition. This work was published by Thomas Jefferson (1843-1826) in 1801. In addition to including rules of conduct for Congress, this small work also includes the Constitution. OCLC. Sabin 35887.
