Manitou, CO: The Cliff House Ex-library copy, no stamps, markings or labels on title page, library tape down gutter at middle of book, lightly stamped and marked on upper inside corner of first page, the only other library stamp seen is on front cover along bottom edge and back cover along top edge, otherwise textblock is exceptionally clean and tight with b&w photographs, hotel layout diagrams and maps with points of interest. No publication date indicated, circa 1903. Paper binding with a bit of toning to the edges, a couple of very small, closed tears to a few edges, penciled writing along top edge of back cover and penciled writing indentations along top edge of front cover; minimal shelf wear, couple small black round black spots on back cover. Unpaginated.. Stapled Wraps. Very Good. Illus. by B&W Photographs/Hotel Layout Diagrams/Maps with Points of Interest. 16mo - over 5¾" - 6¾" tall. Ex-Library, Paperback.
