With plates from photos and illustrations in text. Text in French followed by chronological list of sculptures in English. Minor wear to corners with previous owner's discreet blind stamp and signature on front free endpaper. near fine Eric L. Harvie's personal copy. An early catalogue for the sculptor, who studied under Auguste Rodin. Hoffman went to be an international sensation herself; her work may be seen at the Brooklyn Museum and the Chicago Art Institute, in addition to many private collections. Rare inscribed. 1930
