Fine in a fine unclipped dustjacket. Inscribed by Lehman to Wallerstein---"To My friend David with admiration for a great naval person and warmest regards--John". Wallerstein served on the board of directors of Disney, ABC, and McDonalds--where he came up with the idea of "Supersize". He was also best friends with Walt Disney. A superb collectible copy.
