Doubleday & Company, 1966. Hardcover. Good/Fair . Stated First Edition. Book is in Good condition with a tight binding and mostly clean pages with some minor soiling and some creased upper right hand corners. This is an ex-library book with the expected library markings. There is a strip of book binding tape along the front and back hinges inside the covers. Dust Jacket is in Fair condition due to a missing piece at the top of the outside spine. Dust Jacket is nicely held together by a new clear mylar cover.
