Near fine in red cloth portfolio folder with gilt label on silk paper on front. Blue silk endpapers on portfolio.

All this is stated in "A Note on the Magnifying Glass", a nicely printed broadside measuring 8 1/2"x11" -- numbered & signed by Heyen -- which accompanies the sheets in a deluxe cloth folder. Xerox sheets with printed colophon in 4to deluxe folder.

Inside are "A Note on The Magnifying Glass" by Heyen, a broadside finely printed by William B. Ewert on stiff paper and signed by Heyen with association inscription, "This copy for ___ in/friendship from Bill/ Brockport/1986." Photocopy of nine-page, typed manuscript, with "#56 of 66/William Heyen" written in blue ink by Heyen at top of first page. 9 of the 13 poems herein were pupblished in magazines before appearing in "Depth of Field" and 3 are unpublished, including "The Magnifying Glass.
