Phillips Oppenheim's thrilling one-hundredth published novel. The first US edition, first printing, in the publisher's original price unclipped dust wrapper.The novel was published in the UK under the title 'Judy of Bunter's Buildings', and includes descriptions of smuggled goods between London and Holland, night club dancers, and the murder of a haggard old traveller.The work of prolific English novelist E. Phillips Oppenheim, who authored over one-hundred novels between 1887 and 1943. In 1927, he was featured on the cover of Time magazine.With five pages of advertisements to the rear. In the publisher's original cloth binding, with price unclipped dust wrapper. Bumping to back strip head and tail, with spotting to text block fore edge. Foxing to dust wrapper flyleaves, with sunning to back strip. Chipping to back strip head and tail, with light spotting to rear wrap. Internally, firmly bound. Pages bright and generally clean, with only the odd spot. Very Good Indeed
