Edges chipping. Spine is given the style of raised bands. Chipped paste-down 1 ½” x 2” block of title and author on spine. Color is faded and rubbed. Modern deckled edges. Top edge gilt. Foxing and age tanning present on endpapers.Black construction paper residue on back endpaper. Hinge cracked at title page. Slightly rolled spine somewhat affecting binding. Book stays open at any page. Tissue guard present with significant foxing. Age tanning and foxing present but pages are unmarked. Pages slightly bowed from shelfwear. B&W plates throughout with included ephemera photocopy of one of the plates inserted into the book. Final page of index is partially uncut.
