London: T. Cadell and W. Davies, 1814. Half-Leather. Good. Complete with large Folding Frontis. Map of Cornwall and the 38 engraved Plates, showing many fine views and Architectural Detail. Folding Plates include: St. Michael's Mount, Land's End, Curclaze Tin Mine, Logan Stone & Cape Cornwall. Contemporary Half Leather Binding ( spine missing ). Top Page Edges Gilt and other edges untrimmed. cclii pages on Cornwall followed by 394 Pages of Parochial History. From the Library of Cornish Historian P.A.S. Pool, his name is written on the back of the ffep. Bookplate with Armorial Bearing on Endpaper. No other inscriptions. Boards detached but present, marbled boards rubbed and have a few small pieces missing. Map in good condition, no tears, just a few small areas with very light brown discolouring. Light Marginal staining to a few plates. 2 have closed tears and another has a small, closed marginal tear. Pages in very good, clean condition, very little foxing. Weighs 2.7 Kilos so postage outside UK will be extra. Please ask if you would like any more, pictures, information or a shipping quote Size: 4to - over 9¾" - 12" tall
