Spine faded, front hinge cracked, ends and corners bumped, light rubbing, plate facing page 68 laid in loosely, evidence of bookplate removal on front pastedown; text and contents clean; about very good. Early and scarce title on the subject, expertly researched and written by Keller, providing one of the best authoritative accounts of Madagascar and nearby islands.
