About This Item
Jewish Publication Society of America, 1934. First Edition. Hardcover. Very Good. Volume 2 in the series. Hardcover book, like new old stock, neither ex-library nor marked as a remainder. Binding is strong and all leaves are intact. Text block is free of markings and dog-ears. Light age-toning to pages and a touch of scuffing to exterior from shelf wear and store display. Gilt is still as bright and shiny as when it was inlaid. Moses Gaster was the Chief Rabbi of the Sephardic Community of England. Book includes several dozen folk tales along with appendix and notes. Comprises pp. 317 to 694. Heavy books or multi-volume sets will require additional postage.
