Addressed to Norman Hett, 14 Young St., Kitchener, Ontario, Canada. From H. Hett, Hotel Stewart, San Francisco. Stamped and cancelled with stamp torn in half when opened. Tears in edges of mailer. Book itself in Fine condition.
