Her circle of friends included Winston Churchill, Coco Chanel and Nancy Mitford. She was featured in Cecil Beaton's 'Book of Beauty' and was regarded as one of the Bright Young Things.Loosely inserted is a small funeral card for John Amery, the originator of the British Free Corps. This poem is by Richard Aldington, who is regarded as an early associate of the Imagist movement.
