New York: Charles Scribner's Sons, 1914. First Edition. Hardcover. Near fine. First printing, hardcover, 28 pp. INSCRIBED by the author in a very shaky hand and dated in 1915. A very clean near fine copy in original glassine (some chips to the edge) in a good dust jacket (chipping to the edges, head of the spine, spine darkened). Now protected in an archival cover.
