Bound in publisher's textured paper over boards, gilt lettering on spine and front cover. 248 leaves (xx numbered intro material plus iv pp intro not numbered; 456 numbered pp; 16 page glossy b&w photo and illustration section). Foreward by James A. Ramage; appendices, acknowledgements, endnotes, and index. Front and end endpapers/flyleaves have identical map of raid area. Red marking ribbon. Condition notes: Signed by author on title page. Binding sound, slightly cocked. No notes or highlighting. Corners bumped, light scuffing to boards. DJ has two stickers announcing the copy is signed by author, one on spine tail, the other on front. The latter has been partially torn off. Price sticker on back. Otherwise light wear. We personally inspect every book we offer.

Furrowed Brow Books was established in 2020. The bookstore's owner, Paul Purman, grew up in an old farmhouse full of books. Paul had been providing online booksales since 2008 through several popular online sales venues. In 2021 Paul was accepted as a member of the Independent Online Booksellers' Association (IOBA), and graduated from the annual Colorado Antiquarian Book Seminar (CABS-Minnesota).
