Sampson Low, 1939. Hardcover. Acceptable. 1939. First Edition Thus. 191 pages. No dust jacket. Yellow cloth with decorations. Prize plate stuck to front free endpaper. Slight cracking to gutters causing binding to be loose, however pages remain attached. Pages are lightly tanned throughout. Water staining to top edge of text block. Boards have light shelf-wear with corner bumping. Light tanning to spine and edges with crushing to spine ends. Splits to spine ends causing cloth to be frayed.
