Paris: Le Livre Catholique, Les Editions G. Cres et Cie, 1922. Limited edition, one of 1650 on Velin de Rives paper. Page size: 5 x 7-3/8 inches; 305pp. Handsomely rebound in 3/4 forest green morocco and marbled paper boards, spine with gilt lettering, marbled endpapers, t.e.g., original wrappers and backstrip bound in, fine. Color frontispiece and 15 full page illustrations drawn and engaved on wood in a medievalizing style by Madame S. Lewitska.
