Original dark blue cloth, light bubbling and scuffing, extremities frayed and bumped, small splits at spine ends along joints. Front pastedown with a 2" long split across one corner. Shaken and cracked binding and clean text. Pages browned. Many b/w illustrations throughout the text plus advertisements. No ownership marks, ex-lib marks, stamps or stickers. ; 8vo 8" - 9" tall; xii+275+xxvii pages .
