Hardcover. Fair. Hardcover First Edition, signed by the poet on the title page. The book is in Very Good condition, but the dust jacket is tattered and aged. Now protected, under a clear mylar sleeve, the jacket has tears, chips and some stains/ spots. Board edges are a little scuffed. These make-believe rhyming plays for children are wonder ful old-time pieces reflecting a love of nature, fairyland and a vein of paganism that remains childlike and fanciful, following the wheel of the year through the seasons.
