New York: Cupples & Leon. Good with no dust jacket. 1929. First Edition. Hardcover. This book contains four illustrated panels per page and was number 4 in the series. Pages are clean, bright and unmarked. The pictorial paper covered boards are somewhat rubbed, but color illustrations are still bright; rear cover is white cloth and is soiled, paper wear to extremities and tips. Nice clean, tight, and unmarked book. Previous owner name and address (Portsmouth, Ohio) in pencil on front end paper in child's hand. Presumed 1st edition--no information to the contrary provided in the book. ; B&W Illustrations; 8vo 8" - 9" tall; 86 pages .
