New York: The Platt & Munk Co., Inc., 1930. 1st Edition . Flexible leather. Very Good/Fair. 8vo - over 7¾ - 9¾" tall. Lois L. Lenski. See photos for condition details. Hardcover with dust jacket. DJ shows the date code of 30-08 on the front flap. Jacket is toned and scuffed, with numerous chips and tears (some of which measures several inches). Red cloth boards underneath are clean and the illustration strong. The only issue with the boards is some rubbing and bumping to the edges and corners. This is an ex library copy with the front pastedown and end page stamped stating Highlands School in Wilmington Delaware. There is also a faint stamp on the front of the dust jacket. The only other library markings found is also on the front pastedown, which contains a record of book loans to students, which was never filled out. The remaining unpaginated pages are unmarked and unaffected, including the rear pastedown. The "Never Grow Old Series" listing on the 2nd end page…
