The edges of the text are a bit uneven due to the way the signatures are bound together, some wear to edges of the pages; a good solid copy.. Pp. 10-208; numerous tables, lg 8vo. Extract with self-wrappers with binder's tan tape on the spine, lg 8vo. This section of the Proceedings of the United States National Museum contains nine titles, many on fishes. Only two titles are highlighted in this description. Proceedings of the United States National Museum, volume II for 1879. Name stamp of Robert Anderson on the front wrapper. The front wrapper is the last page of the preceding article and has a blue pencil 'X' on the page. Rare work seldom offered.
