Prepared by the 40th Conngress of the Sons of the American Revolution Springfield, Illinois, this compilation of Lincoln history focuses on his years in Springfield. There are two dozen illustrations and autographs section in back includes a note of acknowledgement to the owner, "Tom Starr", dated Feb. 12, 1940. Negligible wear at corners and spine ends. Title gilt in bold, impressed lettering on front cover. Remnant of clear paste along two inch section of spine where there was a personal library label. Pages are clear and unmarked in strong binding.
