About This Item

New York: Books on Tape, 2003. Libray Edition. Audio Cassettes. Near Fine. By the Light of the Moon illustrates Dean Koontz's ability to tell a story--unlike other stories. Stephen Lang's unique talent brings Koontz's characters to life. Dylan O’Connor, an artist on his way to an arts festival in New Mexico with his autistic brother, Shep, crosses the path of a 'mad scientist' bent on proving his genius, by injecting his mysterious substance into Dylan, a substance that if it doesn't kill him, will change him in unknown ways. The madman then runs into stand-up comedian, Jillian Jackson, and she, too, is injected. This mad genius has warned them both that they have very little time to get away before his enemies arrive -- enemies who will destroy them because of the substance in their bodies. Fleeing with Shep, Dylan meets up with Jilly, just in time to see big black Suburbans swarm into town. While Dylan and Jilly have the first of several arguments--great fun to listen to--Jilly’s car suddenly explodes into a fire ball. Now, the three are off, running from faceless men in black Surburbans without knowing why. They don't know what the mysterious substance they've been injected with is --or what it will do. In fine condition, a privately owned, audiobook in a fine plastic clamshell. I listen to all audiobooks before listing them to ensure that all the tapes play well.

About Trolls Treasure

Home-based, online sales only. I am running out of space to keep my collection of books, but I cannot bypass any chance offered at searching out some interesting venue offering books. I dithered for quite some time over this problem, and went right on buying books, until it occurred to me that I could make room for new purchases if I started selling some of my books. So, here I am, a small business, but offering personal service. Happy to answer questions.
