Title continues: "Colonel of An English Regiment in the Dutch Service, 1603-1631, and One of His Majesty's Most Honourable Privy Council, 1628-1638". Complete in 2 volumes. Vol. I: xiv, 394pp, b/w frontis. Vol. II: 427pp, frontis. map of Cadiz Harbour. This is a nice copy of the first edition, with most pages unopened. There is a small tear to the head of the spine of Vol. II, and light foxing of a few pages; otherwise a very nice copy. (Due to the size/weight of this 2-volume set, an extra shipping charge will apply.).
