About This Item
8vo, original decorated green cloth stamped and lettered in gilt, leather spine sample mounted of front pastedown, illustrated with numerous full page photos and engravings, 214 pp. Salesman's copy, and missing first 20 pages, not removed, never included, some edgewear, but binding is in much better shape than normally seen, normal aging and browning. This is probably a salesman's copy since there are order pages in the rear. This work gives a detailed account of the life and tragic death of the great chief Sitting Bull. It also covers some of the customs and culture of the Sioux.
