Uniformly bound in 3/4 leather & marbled paper, marbled endpapers, marbled page edges all around, two engraved frontis-pieces with tissue guards intact, bindings and hinges tight. Includes a bookplate in each volume, of John Wright Seaver, the famous engineer and designer, who also built the first steel cars in the United States. Covers show light edge/corner wear, lacking some spine labels, light surface rubbing, with one surface scratch.
