Boston: Houghton Mifflin, 1922. Limited Edition. Hardcover. Fine/fine. 12mo, 55pp. A fine, crisp, unread copy in the publisher's cloth-backed marbled boards and tissue dust jacket, also fine. In the publisher's black cloth slipcase, nicked, but very near fine. A previous owner's neat blindstamp appears on the front free endpaper. This is number 6 of 435 limited copies. A printed "Note" from the publisher, laid in, begins, "After lying buried for almost three quarters of a century in the columnds of a single newspaper, unknown even to Lincoln specialists, this eulogy on President Zachary Taylor was discovered by sheer accident." A scarce and important item for the Lincoln collector, in very pleasing condition.
