Boston: Houghton Mifflin Company, 1981. First Edition. Limited Edition Fine in red cloth covered boards with bold gilt text stamping on the spine and on the front board. An octavo of 9 by 5 7/8 inches. In its original, glassine dust jacket which is in very good+ condition with several closed tears at the folds to the flaps. This glassine jacket is now protected in an acetate cover. Signed by the author without an inscription on the fly title page. One of a reserve selection for friends of the author. 563 pages including an index and text.
