E.P. Dutton & Co., no date. Hardcover. Fair/No Dust Jacket. Everyman's Library edition, no publication date. Original dark green cloth has faded to an olive green. Small chips, lightly frayed at spine ends and edges. Lengthy gift inscription dated 1940 on FFEP. Shaken, cracked; pages still tight. Text clean, lightly tanned, no creases or tears.
