Albany: Phinney & Co.. Fair with no dust jacket. 1851. Hardcover. Original brown decorated cloth binding, worn, spine cracked and cudely repaired with 2 leather straps glued to back and covers. Contents foxed. Contents contain illustrated title page, 2 plates and 1 folding sketch of Ft. Schuyler which is generally clean and not torn. All illustrations called for by Sabin are present. Previous owner name dated 1853 & previous owner sticker on end paper (with pencil note on dedication from that owner describing VanRensellear. Pagination: 425, lxxiv Ref: Sabin 92144 ; B&W Illustrations; 8vo 8" - 9" tall; 425 pages .
