Very good maroon cloth hardcovers (no dust jackets) with labels at spines shows mild rubbing an dsoil to covers, edgewear that includes some tiny closed tears, bumping to cover corners, light staining at rear endpapers of volume II and some other trace wear along wiht some uncut pages. Set includes over 2400 pages with black & white illustrations and color frontispiece's to all volumes and top page edges gilt. Solid, very good set of this standard library edition.
