Nice to have in library. Hardcover w/heavy lean. No Jacket as issued. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" First edition, later printing ('forty-fifth thousand'). Fair in original dark blue cloth stamped in gilt and blind (spine chipped, tears and repairs, lacks rear endpaper, boards rubbed, foxing & offsetting to plates and text). Illustrated. 356pp.12mo. Book condition: Good. Backstrip is faded, spine is rolled and ends are bumped and chipped. Endsheets are foxed and have former owner original but faded writing.
