About This Item

New York: Alfred A. Knopf, 1976. Hardcover. 766p., plentifully illustrated in b&w photography, personal and journalistic; first American edition in yellow and tan cloth boards gilt and enclosed in the glossy dust jacket. Top edge tinted pink, a beautiful production in very good shape: sound, with slightest hints of handling to dust jacket, a small garish price label to pastedown, book is else entirely clean and unmarked. A lively read with some naughty stuff. Good press photo of Schoenman, assistant during BR's last decade, before their break.
