Including sections on mind control, the liberty of self-renewal, instances and principles.Written by Charles Morgan, a British novelist whose works focused on 'art, love, and death'. His works spanned plays, novels, essay collections and poetry.Inscribed by the author to the title page: 'Marguerite and Roche, from their old friend Charles, 21 March 1957.'Complete with the original unclipped dust wrapper. In the publisher's original full cloth binding with an unclipped dust wrapper. Externally very smart, with just slight bumping to the head and tail of the spine and extremities. Dust wrapper is rather sunned to the spine, with tidemarks to the extremities. The head of the spine has some loss from chipping. Author's inscription to the title page. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are bright and clean. Near Fine

Based in the literary city of Bath, our offices are housed in the Eastern Dispensary. Built in 1845, the building originally existed as a charitable institution providing medical care. The building now houses our collection of over twenty thousand books and has five full time members of staff.
