Among the printers and designers: Joseph Blumenthal, D. Stempal, Hermann Zapf, Jan Van Krimpen, Joh. Enschede en Zonen, Jan Tschichold, Grant Dahlstrom, Bruce Rogers, Ward Ritchie, and Frank Kacmarcik of St. Paul, Minnesota. This set lacks that contributed by Maximilien Vox, Paris.
