Hardcover. 16cm, 452,[18],[42]pp., index, notes, in contemporary speckled calf, real raised bands, gilt decorations in the panels, gilt spine title, edges wornm top spine edge chipped, bit shaken but sound, good to very good, (hman.1). ~ Nicolas Perrot, Sieur d'Ablancourt (1606 1664) was a French translator noted for his translations of the Greek and Latin into French. He was a member of the Academie francais. This second volume contains Annals, Germania and Agricola by Tacitus.
